A single, vetted courier maintains physical, unbroken possession of your card from pickup to delivery, anywhere the journey takes us.
Not upgrades. Not add-ons. The baseline on every run we take.
Your courier’s live GPS location, shared to your phone the whole way.
Executive protection background. Under NDA from day one.
Your courier’s cell. Not a call center queue.
Single-use code, photo ID, and photos at the handover.
One person, pickup to delivery. No depots, no relay.
Several angles at pickup, and again at the door.
Airfare and lodging inside the number. Any other charge is quoted before you agree to it.
All 50 states. If we’re not near you, we fly to you.
You reach the owner, every time.
Five cases on the public record, every one about trading cards handed to a carrier.
Thieves emptied two pallets of freshly graded cards from a FedEx truck parked outside PSA’s Santa Ana building while the driver was away. The cards were on their way home to collectors.
A former postal employee admitted taking trading cards and memorabilia from parcels headed to a collectibles auction house, and agreed to repay the full amount.
Investigators recovered more than ten thousand sports cards and memorabilia from a postal worker’s house after he tried selling a batch of them to a local shop.
Twenty-three cards were taken from a single Priority Express package at one post office. The worker enlisted a relative to resell them.
A mail carrier took 94 cards over three months from his own route. The case only opened because one customer reported a single missing card.
Every case above is on the public record, linked to the office or news report that published it. These are individual cases, not a judgment on carriers as a whole — but each one began the same way: cards were handed to a network instead of a person.
Tell us the card, origin, destination, and timeline.
Your courier takes personal possession, hand to hand.
Live GPS location, plus direct contact with your courier.
Handed to the authorized recipient, confirmed on the spot.
From the moment your courier arrives to the moment your card is in the recipient's hands, here's exactly what happens — and exactly when you'll hear from us.
The case stays in your courier's custody the whole way, in a car, on a plane, or overnight. You'll get a live update at every milestone:
Airport milestones apply to flight routes. Ground-only deliveries get pickup, en route, and delivered updates.
Weather or airline delays happen. If they do, your courier stays with the card and you're updated the moment we are — never left guessing. Any extra cost that comes with it, like an overnight hotel, is on us, not you.
A card that travels perfectly and then reaches the wrong hands hasn't been delivered. Every booking generates a single-use code that only you and your recipient hold.
Our couriers come from executive protection, military, and law enforcement — decades of experience protecting the world's most prominent people. Now, that same discretion, judgment, and training is devoted to protecting your most prized cards. Every courier signs a non-disclosure agreement the day they are hired, and it stands for as long as they carry for us.
Built for private collectors, grading services, and auction houses moving cards too significant for ordinary shipping.
Custos is owned and run by its founder — a veteran, a close protection professional, and a Christian. The second explains the training. The third is why the standard holds when nobody is watching.
The world’s wealthiest people trusted them with their lives. You can trust them with your card.
A catalogue of cards we’ve had in hand.
See the full catalogue →Operating in all 50 states. Cards are what we do most, but the same courier carries watches, jewelry, coins and other small pieces of serious value — ask and we’ll quote it.
One vetted courier, from your door to the recipient's. The case stays in their custody the whole way, in a car, on a plane, or overnight. Your card is not handed to a second driver, a sorting facility, or anyone else along the way, because there is no along the way. Every courier is bound by a standing non-disclosure agreement from the day they're hired.
Your declared value sets the maximum we are liable for — it doesn't establish what a card is worth. A claim is settled at the lesser of your declared value, the documented fair market value of the card in the condition we received it in, and the per-item and per-trip limits that apply to your booking. Those figures are shown to you before you pay.
Every booking generates a single-use delivery code that only you and your recipient hold. The courier asks for it before releasing the card, and it is never reused. It's stronger proof than a signature, because a signature only records that somebody took the package.
Whichever suits the route. Local Delivery, Grading Runs and Scheduled Routes are driven. Nationwide Delivery is usually flown, and the airfare is already inside the price you're quoted — there is no expense bill afterwards. If a flight is delayed or cancelled, any extra cost is ours, not yours.
Forty-eight hours is comfortable. Same-day and next-day requests are accommodated when a courier is free, but they aren't guaranteed, and a card worth this much is worth not rushing.
You can reschedule at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Payments themselves are final and non-refundable — when a date is booked, a courier's day is committed to it.
That's a different product and it's priced differently — see Grading Runs. Your submission stays under your own PSA account in your own name; we collect it prepared, drive it, and hand it across the counter.
No. We collect what's needed to complete the delivery and nothing else. We never sell it, and we share it only as our privacy policy describes.
Your price is on this page, not behind an email. Pick a service, enter a declared value, and see the number before you hand over anything. We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead — shorter notice is accommodated when we can.
Local Delivery covers Las Vegas and towns within 50 miles.
This is the most we’re liable for, so be accurate.

Back to siteThis Privacy Policy explains how Custos LLC, a Nevada limited liability company doing business as Custos Cards (“Custos,” “we” or “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit custoscards.com, book with us, or contact us.
Information you give us:
Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of the payment, the amount, and limited details such as your card brand and the last four digits of the card. We never receive or store your full card number.
Information created during a booking: timestamped photos of the item at pickup and delivery (and video, if we film after telling the people present), a photo of the drop-off receipt for Grading Runs, chain-of-custody records, the version of our Terms you agreed to, and records of the delivery code being used. We check photo ID in person. We do not copy or keep your ID. We do not record phone calls unless everyone on the call agrees at the start.
Location. During an active job, your tracking link shows your courier’s live location. We do not track your location.
Information collected automatically. Our host, Netlify, records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to run the site. Fonts load from Google Fonts and tracking maps load from Mapbox, so those services receive your IP address when they send that content. When you pay on our site, Stripe’s payment form collects information about your device and how you use the payment form, such as browser settings and mouse activity, to detect fraud, and may show an hCaptcha check. Stripe explains this in its own privacy policy. The site stores a small amount of information in your browser to remember choices, such as closing the offer pop-up. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or tracking pixels.
We use personal information to:
We may publish photos of the items we carry on our website, including our catalogue, as our Terms explain. We publish the items only: any person who appears is cropped or blurred out, and we never publish your name, address or what you paid.
We share personal information only as needed:
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
If you give us a mobile number with a booking, we may text you about that booking only: confirming it, scheduling your pickup, status updates and delivery. If you name a recipient, we may text them about that delivery only, and you confirm that they have agreed to receive those texts. We do not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies with your booking. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message to stop texts, or HELP for help. Any other reasonable request to stop works too, including calling (507) 428-7867 or emailing anthony@custoscards.com.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We keep booking records, photos and chain-of-custody records for up to seven years after a booking, for claims, tax and legal purposes. Tracking information is kept with the booking record. Offer and update sign-ups are kept until you ask us to remove you. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.
We use reasonable safeguards, and we limit access to booking and identity details to the people who need them to complete your booking. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving offers, by emailing anthony@custoscards.com. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days. We may keep information we need for an open booking, claim or dispute, or that the law requires us to keep, and we will tell you if so. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time.
We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law (NRS Chapter 603A). Nevada residents may still send a request not to sell their covered information to our designated address, anthony@custoscards.com, and we will respond within 60 days. We do not allow third parties to collect information about your online activities over time and across other websites through our site for advertising. Stripe collects device and activity information on its payment form for fraud prevention only, as Section 1 explains.
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because we do not track visitors across other websites for advertising, our site works the same way whether or not the signal is sent.
Our services are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new date, and if a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will tell current customers by email.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Custos LLC, a Nevada limited liability company doing business as Custos Cards (“Custos,” “we” or “us”). They apply to every booking you make with us, whether through custoscards.com, by phone, by email or by text.
You agree to these Terms when you tick the box on our booking form saying you agree, or when you pay for a booking. If you book for a business or another person, including the owner of the item, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them, and these Terms bind them too.
Please read Sections 6, 9, 15 and 17 closely. They explain that payments are final, what we pay if something goes wrong, the limits on our liability, and how disputes are resolved, including a waiver of jury trial.
We provide hand-carried courier transport for trading cards and other small items of value. Our services are:
Your courier may be a Custos employee or a vetted independent contractor working for us. Either way, we are responsible to you for the courier under these Terms.
Custos is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of PSA, Collectors, or any other grading company, auction house, marketplace or card show. Their names are used only to describe where we deliver.
You must be at least 18 years old to book. You agree that everything you tell us is accurate and complete, including item descriptions, certification numbers, addresses, recipient details and declared value, and that you will tell us promptly if anything changes.
By booking, you confirm that:
You authorize Custos to take custody of the item, transport it and deliver it as booked.
We do not carry cash or negotiable instruments, firearms, ammunition or weapons, drugs, hazardous materials, perishables, live animals, or anything that is illegal to possess or transport.
We may decline, cancel or stop any booking if we reasonably believe that the item, its value, the people involved or the circumstances are not as described, or that carrying it would put our courier or anyone else at risk. If we cancel for one of these reasons before pickup, we will refund what you paid, unless the cancellation results from information you gave us that was false or misleading.
Disputed or stolen items. If we receive a credible report that an item is stolen or that someone else owns it, or a request from the police or a court, we may hold the item, return it to you, or hand it to the police or the court. We are not responsible to you for doing so in good faith.
Check the item when it is delivered. Report any damage to the courier at delivery if you can, and to us within 48 hours of delivery. Report a missing item as soon as you know of it.
A claim must be made in writing to anthony@custoscards.com within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date. Include your booking reference, a description of the loss, proof of market value (such as recent sales records, receipts or appraisals) and any photos you have. We will respond within 30 days and may ask for more information. We pay valid claims within 30 days of agreeing them. We pay each claim once: before we pay, the person who made the booking, and the owner if it is someone else, sign a release, and we pay the person they name in it. To the extent the law allows, claims not reported within these time limits are not covered.
We are not responsible for delays or for failing to perform because of events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, road closures, accidents, airline delays or cancellations, security screening, government action, strikes, illness or natural disasters. If one of these prevents a booking from going ahead, Section 6 applies. This section does not reduce our responsibility under Section 9 for an item in our custody.
Photos and video we take at pickup and delivery are used to document the item’s condition and chain of custody.
By booking, you give Custos a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free right to photograph the items we carry for you and to publish those photos on our website, including our catalogue. We publish photos of the items only. If a person appears in a photo, we crop or blur them out, and we never publish your name, address or what you paid. On a Grading Run, we photograph cards only before you seal the package, and we never open a sealed package to do so. This permission continues after your booking ends.
By giving us a phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you by text, email or call about your booking. If you give us your recipient’s number or email address, you confirm that they have agreed to hear from us about the delivery. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE to stop texts, or HELP for help. Any other reasonable request to stop works too. We do not record phone calls unless everyone on the call agrees at the start. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle this information.
You agree to defend and repay Custos and its owners, employees and couriers for any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, that arises from:
These limits apply to every kind of claim, whether it is based on contract, negligence, bailment, a statute or anything else, to the extent the law allows.
Apart from our responsibility for items in our custody under Section 9, our total liability for anything arising out of or relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost sales or business opportunities, or sentimental value.
These limits and protections also apply to Custos’ owners, members, employees, couriers and contractors. You agree to bring any claim only against Custos LLC, and not against any of them personally, to the extent the law allows.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Our website and tracking pages are provided as they are and as available. Except for the commitments we make in these Terms, we make no other promises or warranties about them, to the extent the law allows.
You may not use our site to collect information about other customers, try to open tracking links or pages that are not yours, or interfere with how the site works.
